By creating an Expaya account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use Expaya.
Expaya is operated by an individual based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
You must be at least 18 years old.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at support@expaya.app if you think someone else has access to it.
Expaya is a record-keeping tool. It shows you what you've entered, organised around your pay cycle and your home-country commitments.
Expaya is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as a recommendation to do anything with your money.
Exchange rates shown in Expaya are indicative mid-market rates supplied by a third-party data provider. They are notthe rate a bank or remittance service will give you — the rate you actually pay is typically less favourable. Do not use Expaya's converted figures to decide how much money will arrive at the other end of a transfer.
Figures in the app are only as accurate as what you enter. Expaya cannot verify your entries, and you are responsible for checking them.
Expaya provides CSV exports covering your transactions and your saved records, and we recommend you use them periodically. You should not treat Expaya as the only copy of financial information that matters to you.
Don't attempt to access other users' data, break or overload the service, or use Expaya for anything unlawful.
Expaya is provided free of charge. There is no uptime guarantee. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted, suspended or discontinued. We'll give notice where reasonably possible.
Expaya is free today. Paid features may be introduced in future. If that happens, the terms covering payment will be published before anything is charged, and data you have already entered will remain accessible to you.
Expaya is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its calculations will suit your particular circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Expaya, including financial loss, lost data, or decisions made on the basis of figures shown in the app. Since Expaya is free, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms or is used to attack or abuse the service.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use Expaya afterwards means you accept the updated version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Dubai.
